Born to Olaf and Agnes Miles Halvorsen in Chester, PA, she was a longtime resident of Chadds Ford, PA. In her earlier years, Estella was a custodian working at West Chester University. In addition to her parents, Estella is preceded in death by her husband, Franz Herrmann, 2 sons, Chuck Nelson and Kenneth Nelson who passed on February 20, 2020. She is survived by her twin sister, Dorothy Loeffler, grandchildren, Charles Nelson and Kristina Darnall, 5 great grandchildren and a nephew whom she raised, Michael Logue as well as great nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held with her son Kenneth on Wednesday, 9:00-10:00AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a funeral services at 10:00AM. Estella F. Hermann, age 85 of Chadds Ford, PA passed away unexpectedly on February 22, 2020 at home.

Born to Olaf and Agnes Miles Halvorsen in Chester, PA, she was a longtime resident of Chadds Ford, PA. In her earlier years, Estella was a custodian working at West Chester University.

In addition to her parents, Estella is preceded in death by her husband, Franz Herrmann, 2 sons, Chuck Nelson and Kenneth Nelson who passed on February 20, 2020.

She is survived by her twin sister, Dorothy Loeffler, grandchildren, Charles Nelson and Kristina Darnall, 5 great grandchildren and a nephew whom she raised, Michael Logue as well as great nieces and nephews.
